Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy​

To respect both my time and that of other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost.

​If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be shortened accordingly and will end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures that subsequent appointments are not affected.At the therapist's discretion, and where scheduling permits, the full treatment time may still be provided. However, this cannot be guaranteed.The full appointment fee will remain payable regardless of the length of treatment received due to late arrival.
